Bart Spence has worked with Amy’s Kitchen for seven years, delivering powerful and high-energy seminars on leadership and accountability. He spent an entire week at one of our manufacturing plants shadowing individual leaders throughout their busy days, observing their interactions with their teams and giving each of them specific feedback on how to improve their communication and engagement with their employees. Most recently, he delivered an impactful presentation to our manufacturing management team on how to show up as an engaged leader every day at work. We have greatly benefited over the years from Bart’s experience, insight, and his scintillating personality. Our leadership teams always enjoy working with Bart and have gleaned—and still utilize today—many of the lessons and approaches he has introduced to us over the years.
